The Drinking Heads range of beers take a contemporary approach to beer styles using modern hops from Europe and the USA whilst maintaining traditional brewing techniques and top fermenting ale yeasts. All the 'Drinking Heads' beers are generously dry hopped in cask.

Chapeau D'Espagne (ABV 4.0%)

Thoroughbred filly sired by Doctor Syntax
who won the classic 1000 Guineas at
Newmarket in 1837.

A more sessionable version of Doctor
Syntax, yet still dark and bitter with
plenty of hops.

Shy'Ann (ABV 4.5%)

A golden bitter ale bursting with floral
and fruity citrus aromas and flavours.
Dry hopped with Cascade and Chinook.

Voltaire (ABV 4.5%)

Hop forward, bitter red ale balanced with burnt toffee/caramel malt flavour.

Doctor Syntax (ABV 6.5%)

Dark and bitter.
An IPA backbone with Munich
malt. Heavy on the Summit
and Columbus additions right
through the boil and dry hopped
to give the final punch.
